Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Since many of our products are handmade and produced in limited batches, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during high demand.

Pre-Orders

Some products on Hacksy are sold as pre-orders.
Pre-order items typically ship within 1–2 weeks after purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

By placing a pre-order, you understand that your item is not ready to ship immediately and may require additional production time.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Hacksy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
